Comments and applications to the above-mentioned document with the name and address should be submitted to the Puck Commune Office, ul. 10 February 29, 84-100 Puck, e-mail address: ugpuck@onet.pl by September 16 this year. The submitted comments and applications are subject to consideration by the Head of the Puck commune.
